" Matt came out yesterday to ceramic coat two Tesla model 3’s for me and my sister. Matt’s communication before our appointment was great. He answered all of our questions over the phone. During out appointment, his attention to detail in our paint was very impressive. He pointed out a few spots on the car that we should get adjusted by Tesla even before we talked about the ceramic coat. He then educated us on the different ceramic coats, benefits and costs of each one and then gave us a few hours to decide on which one to choose while he washed both of our cars.
